Turkey: Baghdad, Arbil Fail To Agree On Oil Exports

Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani said Dec. 4 that Arbil and Baghdad were unable to reach an agreement on oil exports to Turkey, Shafaq News reported. He also stressed that there was no need for tripartite negotiations, which were proposed by Turkey, on the matter. The Kurdistan Regional Government is desperate to export its oil and natural gas, despite the wishes of Baghdad.
