Q. When will my order ship?

A. COD and wire orders shipment will arrive within 24 hours of the time your orders is placed and the wire has been received.  A tracking number will be provided via e-mail.

Q. How are the Dinars shipped?

A. Orders are shipped within the U.S. via courier COD or signature required.  You will need to be at your address to receive your shipment. We do not ship or receive shipments from outside the United States.  A physcial address is required for your sales receipt however shipping is available for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

Q. How can I sell my Iraqi Dinars?

A. We buy Iraqi Dinar from customers regularly. Until markets develop for the international exchange of Iraqi Dinars or Vietnamese Dong, it may difficult for you to liquidate your currency or exchange them for US Dollars.

Q. Are you an investment advisor?

A. No.  We are a money service business registered with the U.S. Department of the Treaswury.  We buy currency from individuals who are selling and sell currency for buyers.  It is important to do your own research and understand the risk of loss involved.  The value of any currency may be profitable for you or it may result in a loss.

Q. How do I know the bills are authentic?

A. The Iraqi Dinar notes have several security features which are as state of the art as the U.S. Dollar. Identifying the security features is easy to do and anyone should be able to authentic their notes once they have been received based on the information below.  This image is enclosed with all our shipments to enable our customers to have the information they need to verify the notes once received.

The New Iraqi Dinar banknotes, printed by De La Rue, boast the most up-to-date anti-counterfeit features, including watermarks, an embedded metallic strip, raised letters, an optical variable ink that can be seen only under ultra violet light, metallic ink and other variations to thwart off counterfeiters.  In addition, it has high-quality paper that makes the colorful Dinar very hard to counterfeit.  It is likely there are other security features that have not disclosed to the public. 

The New banknotes, printed by De La Rue, boast the most up-to-date anti-counterfeit features, including watermarks, a security thread, raised letters, an optical variable ink (glows under ultra violet light), metallic ink and other variations to thwart off counterfeiters.

Three of the easiest ways to verify the authenticity of the new Iraqi Dinar are:

1) Use black light to for the UV security feature.
2) Hold the note up to light to check for watermarks such as the horse head.
3) Hold the Dinar up to a light tilting it back and forth, the color changing ink will look much like a hologram.

Q.  Why is it so important that the notes I receive are in crisp and like new condition?

A. We don't know of  a reason.  We provide them because that is what the majority of our customers request for the Dinar.  This distinction is not made with other currencies include the Vietnamese Dong we offer.  All VND is bought and sold at a flat rate regardless of quality or denomination.  We do not buy or sell damaged notes.  All the Dinar we offer are in uncirculated condition unless your request otherwise.

 If you request circulated quality notes they will be largely undamaged and free from wear, tears, smudges and holes. 

Q. Are These The New Iraqi Dinar?

A. Yes these are the new Iraqi Dinar (NID) that came into circulation October 15th, 2003.  When buying it is important to distinguish between the NID and the old Saddam Dinar.  Today, the old Saddam Dinar have no value beyond being collectors items.  It is the NID that is the currency of Iraq and that is what will be provided to you.  We do not buy or sell the old Saddam notes.

Q.  Do you know when the Dinar will "RV?"

A.  Of course we don't.  We buy and sell the currency for individuals.  We do not speculate on future value.  The currency could increase or decrease in value over time and there is a risk of loss involved.
