TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer must provide his/her active U.S. mailing address, U.S. street address, telephone number and email address to Lifesong Development Group (the Company, "Lifesong") to place an order.  Customer may not provide any false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information to the Company.  

Company will ensure that all personal information of the customer obtained during the order process is held in accordance with applicable law, and the Company’s privacy policy and will be used by Company only to process the customer’s order.  We do not sell or rent our customer lists to third parties.

Orders generally ship via overnight delivery (unless otherwise requested) on the same day the customer’s wire is received or cashier’s check/money order is verified.  Company reserves the right to delay any shipment or to request additional information from customer prior to shipping, in its sole discretion, in order to comply with applicable federal and state laws. 

Prior to payment being received by the Company, customer may cancel the order and will not be obligated to make payment.  Customer may request to return notes for a refund within 3 business days after receipt of the order, provided there has been no change in value as determined by Lifesong in its sole discretion. To cancel a shipment or request a refund, Customer should contact the Company at 630-631-6407 or 888-235-0320.
